Site Preparation: We have found that a crushed stone 3/4" or regular stone 3/4" - 1" works very well for a base. The base should be 2' wider and longer than the building that you are buying. Thus a 10'x14' building would need a 12'x16' base. This alows for good drainage around the building.when you are buying the stone most stone yards can estimate the amount of stone you will need.It is best to have 2"-3" of stone as the base.A rough idea of how much stone would be is a 10'x14' building would need 2-3 tons of stone to make a 3" base on level land. Another fine base is concrete 3"-4" thick.Although this is much more expensive there will be no settleing with concrete. This base sould be the size of the base on the building.Sometimes the base measurments are different than the acual size, please ask for the base diagram if you are using concrete. We do supply 2" and 4" concrete block for the buildings up to a 10x12.We will level up to 8" with these block. We prefer the stone base.

Delivery: We deliver our buildings fully assembled. If for some reason we can not drive up to the site we can build the building on site for an additional charge. We use either a roll back truck or a truck and trailer to deliver the buildings. In either case we need extra room on the sides of the building to access your yard.we also need appox. 12'-14' overhead clearance depending on the size building. If you have further questions about the delivery process we will be pleased to help you.
